The Golden Hind Translation Agency attaches great importance to preserving the confidentiality of all information, whether submitted by clients for written translation or handled by our staff during oral interpretation assignments.

All information submitted to the Golden Hind Translation Agency carrying commercial or other value to the client’s company is treated as confidential.

Upon reaching an agreement, each side assumes the obligation of not disclosing the other side’s confidential information to a third party, and to use that information only for the purpose of carrying out the said agreement, except in cases provided for under Russian federal law.

Golden Hind’s internal system of measures intended to safeguard the confidentiality of our client’s information includes:

    The return back to the client of all materials submitted to Golden Hind for translation in either printed or faxed form at the moment of the project’s completion, or the destruction of all material immediately after the project is done;

    All materials received for translation in electronic form, along with all completed translations, are stored in a protected database, inaccessible to all outside users and guarded within the agency itself by strict data access guidelines.
